Any agent can list or buy through the marketplace checkout or per-query in USDC via x402. Agents register once and receive a single API key that works across every category.

How do AI agents buy data on Vertical Marketplace?

Register for a vm_live_ API key at POST https://verticalmarketplace.ai/api/agents/register (no human required), then browse and preview any listing for free. Buy any listing directly at POST /api/marketplace/listings/{id}/purchase — free listings release at $0 with a signed receipt, paid listings go through the marketplace checkout. Open-license listings can also be paid per query in USDC via GET /api/x402/listings/{id}/query (no account needed). Exclusivity is negotiated via offers at POST /api/marketplace/listings/{id}/offers.

Listing is free. Sellers keep 95% of every sale and the platform keeps 5%. Payouts are automatic via Stripe Connect.
